Hi Everyone,
Here is a quick look at what is new at FemInEM:
FemInEM just dropped four evidence-based model workplace policies supporting physicians and their families:
Now we’re challenging emergency departments across the country to adopt them — and we’re making it worth your while. Departments that step up will win donated FIGS scrubs and national recognition.

Where We’ve Been: Our Community in Action
Our FemInEM community continues to make an impact everywhere. Check out some of our latest appearances:
Dr. Kimi Chernoby presented “Your Playbook to Advocacy at Minnesota” ACEP, walking physicians through how to become effective advocates from wherever they are — whether through writing op-eds, shaping departmental policy, influencing state or federal legislation, or using scholarship to drive better patient care.
Zoe Goldberger, a member of FemInEM’s inaugural Champions of Change class, presented at SAEM — sharing how the program teaches changemaking to medical students through the lens of early pregnancy loss.
National Grand Rounds: FemInEM is continuing to expand our reproductive grand rounds program nationally, empowering emergency providers with the education needed to treat early pregnancy emergencies with the standard of care. Dr. Priya Ghelani recently lectured at two rural and critical access sites in Texas, and Dr. Kimi Chernoby traveled to St. Louis, Missouri to deliver grand rounds to local providers.
